a bottle of water has been following me to work every single day. though i am not doing so well with the drinking of large quantities, because i then spend an inordinate amount of time scrambling to the restroom.. i am primary drinking only water, or water with that vita splash stuff. mmm tastes like lollipops.

with my trusty blue-green numbered water bottle by my side, i’ll be sure to drink a satisfying amount of water each day. the rule from now on is that i will not indulge in any other liquids until I have downed two full 32oz of water, changing this to one 32oz on the weekends (pardoning myself due to yummy rocket fuel coffee during football sundays, though only one is left.) especially for the flavor, especially for the taste.
