who me?  — 3 days ago

I knew someone once who claimed to have worked as a government spy. and I’m not sure why, because I’m generally skeptical, but I believe him. It’s not quite the same thing… but I think it’s a step in the right direction.

I'm not even sure what this means to me yet  — 4 weeks ago

but it’s so marvelous it had to go on the list.

Vicki Is back from Cancun, sunburnt and hungover, so yeah, I had fun!

Doesn't this just sound wonderful?  — 4 weeks ago

I love to travel so “international” really speaks to me. “A woman of mystery,” that just gives me chills. I am going to find books and movies that have women of mystery in them so I can discover the qualities needed to have that mysterious air.

    Any suggestions?

They call me  — 1 month ago

Someone actually referred to me as an International Woman of Mystery the other day, LOL! We were just talking, and they came up with this all on their own. Cracked me up.

    And I didn’t bother to tell them why. . . ;)

International Woman of Mystery ;))  — 4 months ago

I want to have ‘my’ cafe in London, Berlin, & Edinburgh (& elsewhere – Paris, New York & LA, Arizona & New Mexico come to mind;))

I want to travel easily across borders, & continents, luxuriously & with style.. (& as little luggage as possible)
Brasil & South Africa come to mind too..

I want to easily adapt to environments & have lots of friends on each continent.. (the cool intelligent fun ones!! not millionaires from Zambia & such)

I want to be financially independent & able to travel/go everywhere… There would have to be knowledge of international banking & taxes (& copyrights) too…

    I’ve been to the 1st 4 mentioned, & I LOOVE Agatha Christie – does that count? ;))

At the moment I’m more of a “domestic woman who makes no sense”...

I’ll have to do some work on the international part, but as for the mystery . . . there’s something to be said for letting it be known that you have a few secrets. I want to be the sort of woman who makes men want to know her but gives them the impression that they don’t really have a chance.

    Hmmm. . .  — 6 months ago

Saw someone else’s goal of “learn to pick locks” and my first thought was “Yes! An international woman of mystery should know how to pick locks!” LOL

I’m going to the International Spy Museum in Washington DC tomorrow. I’ll see what other skill sets I might need to pick up. :)

being an international woman of mystery is all about attitude and fun, not necessarily a travel history.
