I definately need to find time to exercise but the mornings just aren’t it. Now I’m thinking evenings? But not until the Film Festival is over!

I definately need to find time to exercise but the mornings just aren’t it. Now I’m thinking evenings? But not until the Film Festival is over!

It would be so easy. (In theory). Set my alarm for 6 instead of 6.30, put my ipod on and do half a dozen resistance excercises before work. I’d feel better, it would be out of the way, so I wouldn’t have to worry about not having the energy after work and I’d probably think more about what I ate throughout the day, instead of thinking what-difference-does-it-make-anyway? I did it for a week, then spent a week making excuses. I always feel better for it, it’s just DOING it.
The short term goal for this one? DOING it for 4 weeks to start.
