A new week :-) New goals 3 weeks ago

This week I want to
1. Meet with the real estate agent once,
2. Make an appointment with a mortgage broker
3. Continue working on unit 2 (which turns out to be a lot longer than expected)
4. Read
5. Celebrate life
6. Leave work on time
7. Reduce or cut out all sugar
8. Visualise
9. Sleep enough
10. Check out what’s happening with my student loan

This weeks Goals :-) 4 weeks ago

Wish I could get off this treadmill, only 68 days till I am on holiday.

The next two weeks are going to be busy and then it will hopefully start to settle down.

Out of the ten goals I set for myself last week, I achieved 7/10, so not bad considering the time constraints in my life.

This week my goals are;
1. Really really complete unit 2
2. Read 100 pages
3. Exercise three times
4. Throw out three items of clothing
5. Make some new friends
6. Relax & have a facial
7. Visualise things
8. Do EFT 25 times
9. Sleep 9 hours a night
10.Think about paying off my student loan . . .

This week my goals are building on last weeks goals;

1. Complete unit 2
2. Go to the doctors
3. Read
4. Exercise three times again
5. Clean my house
6. Throw out a few clothes
7. Make some new friends
8. Watch some TV
9. Take the time to relax
10. Fix your black shoes

So this weeks goals are now

1. Sew on button
2. Exercise three times
3. Go through that pile of papers
4. Complete some of unit 2
5. Apply for a course (maybe this isn’t such a great idea)
6. Make an appointment
7. Make some new friends
8. Get more sleep
9. Get my work under control
10.Relax

Let’s see… now I’ve achieved 20 goals set on 43things. That’s pretty awesome.



Starting small.. 3 years ago

My problem was I’d group things together mentally. (Ex: I’d think towards ‘Graduating’ instead of just ‘Pass this class’..) But I think thinking of everything as a small step makes it easier for me mentally. Setting simple, realistic goals helps me from avoiding the goals all together.

thanks to 43 thing, I have actually started to finish what I start, and it feels really good to cross a goal off my list. And rack my brain to think of more goals to achieve.
