Realistically I don’t care about this enough to give up proper nice cheese.
But you never know, maybe I will phase it out over the next four years or so.
How I did it: Willpower. It takes a lot of willpower. Constantly telling yourself no.
It took forever, but now I rarely crave any dairy products... except pizza... and that's really only occasionally.

Super Awesome feels pretty awesome.
My skin looks amazing!
I think dairy was giving me acne!
yuugen is free~~
my candida infection is finally going away…i had tried everything!
and my skin is getting amazing
i never realized how sick cheese and yogurt were making me
i’m glad dark chocolate is usually dairy-free…and coconut milk ice cream is awesome! so i’ll survive :)
I’d been dairy free for two weeks, but nothing seemed to change. However, I was taking pills which contained lactose. As it turns out – this tiny amount of lactose was too much for me. After I discontinued taking them my skin looks so much better. And it took .. ONLY 6 yrs to find solution to my health issues. At least I’m dairy-free and happy now! :P

Switched to soymilk.
No longer consuming yogurt, milk, etc.
Its going to be hard to not eat cheese…but then again, why am I even doing this goal? I just wanted to be healthier, and its common sense that we shouldn’t be drinking another mammal’s milk. Though I feel cheese might be alright, in small doses.

Just ate a yogurt. But I guess it was inevitable, as I had bought these before my lessening of dairy intake. I don’t want to waste them…wasting is worse than eating it, I feel.

Milk is for babies (and cow’s milk for calves). We shouldn’t need it.
I gave up dairy to see if it would help clear up my skin. It did! Not a wonder-cure, but it did make a difference. And it helped me discover the joys of soy milk, yum!
Plus, drinking milk designed for calves just doesn’t make sense—it’s unnatural.
I do miss toasted cheese sandwhiches though. :(
Yesterday as my first dairy free day! It was hard, we went to the store and were going to get a frozen treat and I could not find a single item that was dairy free as well as HFCS free as well. I bought a watermelon instead, tasty but not what I was jonsing for. I need to find some good treat recipes.
