And so easy, I wish I’d tried this before. We scooped our pumpkins, plopping the guts into one bowl and the seeds in another, rinsed the seeds in a sieve, boiled them for 10 minutes in salted water, then toasted them on an olive oiled pan for about 25 minutes at 400f. Yum!

Oh, and does anyone have any ideas on how to make the seeds less, i dunno, stucky? lol 5 years ago

They were kind of gross and they got stuck in my teeth and so i threw them outside for the birds to eat.
