okay, so i did this, and.... 3 years ago

They were kind of gross and they got stuck in my teeth and so i threw them outside for the birds to eat.

ps they were okay when they first came out of the oven, but they started getting too hard! i think i will try again next year using a different recipe, from here: http://www.elise.com/recipes/archives/001438toasted_pumpkin_seeds.php.
