I just can’t seem to get past 225. I get weaker on bench faster when I lay off than squat. I think I need to work my external rotators… when I did that a number of years ago I skyrocketed on bench press.

powerlifted most of my life,,ive done 275 but that was a few years ago,,,only do 225 max now
