Protect the "Bully" Breeds

The petition I started just broke 3,000 signatures.

• A pit bull is just a common name for a group of dogs with similar appearances.
• Helen Keller owned a pit bull.
• Pit Bulls DO NOT have locking jaws!!! This is completely false.
• In reality Retrievers and Cockapoos have a higher risk of biting!
• Pit Bulls are excellent with children.
• ALWAYS supervise children with dogs.
• 75% of shelter dogs euthanized are listed as ‘pit bull’ or ‘pit bull mix’.
• Responsible dog ownership is the foundation of fighting BSL and dispelling lies, rumors and myths.

Victims of predjudice and hatred that’s undeserved. That has to change.
