I just started a couple of weeks ago, one recipe at a time. I am up to two very healthy meals a day and I am working on getting dinner whipped into shape. My sugar cravings are going away ish. I made some receipes from Dr. Julian McKeith’s cookbook “You are what you eat” very, very tasty. I had lots of fun trying to puree spinach, I think if you had enough spinach it would actually choke a blender. Must get better kitchen gadjets!
