I don’t have my name on it, but people know it’s my concoction. They call in the “yummy in my tummy’ sandwich, which just pleases me immensely.

This would be totally awesome, but I’m not sure what the sandwich would have on it. Artichokes? Mozzarella cheese? Hmmm.

My peanut butter and cottage cheese sandwich challenge is causing a 43T storm, and not always for the right reasons. But it’s getting quite famous, and opening people’s sandwich imaginations, and that’s the main thing. Thanks to saramarie for pointing this goal out to me. Another goal I never knew I had ticked off.
