I dozed off around 5:00 PM and got kicked out of the living room around 9:30 PM. I slept from 10:00 PM until 7:30 AM.

My sleep pattern is really messed up. In New York I would be an early bird but here, well, I’m not.
I don’t like looking at this goal.
It should be done and over with. It’s not like I’m asking myself to save the world or something. Not this week it isn’t. This should be in my reach.
And besides, according to my new happiness guru Gretchen Rubin, sleep and exercise are critical for having the energy to meet a challenge.
I have no reason not to believe her.

Yesterday I decided I could cross this thing off if I went to sleep early for the third night in a row. But I didn’t.
Bummer.

I guess there is hope for me. Getting up at 5 to work all day after only 2 hours sleep did the trick, it seems. Last night I went to sleep really early – at about 9.

more on than off, except during times of major stress or times like NY’s Eve…
of course, i’m a bit worried that, now that I am publicly saying “i’ve done this” that i’ll backslide… ah… such is the human psyche. tricky. :)
doing this more and more of late, but sadly i believe it’s my body’s insidious way of procrastinating.
but have been staying up way way too late for the last week or so… something has messed up my sleep schedule… maybe it’s because i’m anxious…
