Victory. I had a full 9 hours sleep last night. I think the beer I had helped so I might try that tactic again tonight.
I used to sleep a lot. A lot!! But my sleep patterns have been becoming progressively distorted. I have not had more than a few hours of dozing since Thursday night and it’s Sunday night now. Needless to say I am a little fragile!!
