The U.S. Army says “Be all you can Be”. Much as I don’t care to join the Army, or HAVE and army for that matter, they are bang-on on this one.
A teacher once told me (I’m sorry I can’t credit this quotation): God’s will for us is written so deeply inside us that it’s in our genes. If you’re an Atheist or an Agnostic, just take the word God out, and see if it still rings true. What this means to me is that people looking to find God’s will for their lives need look no further than your “God-given” capabilities and talents. Developing those gifts will please the “Source of Creativity”, or Higher Power.
Developing who you are to the fullest, and sharing that “self” with others in a generous, clear, and devoted way is the essence of self-expression, and of life. When you die, you don’t take your things with you, you only take WHO YOU ARE
