Plan a day trip to somewhere

A few of weekends ago, I went on a spiritual retreat with two friends. We spent most of the time off on our own. I loved it. It was at a Catholic retreat center. At the time, the leaves were very colorful and were starting to fall from the trees. I sat on a quiet indoor bench, by a window, and just spent time looking at the leaves fall. I prayed and journaled. It was the stillest I’ve been in quiet some time.
