    I said the F’word on the way to work….that was before 8…so I guess today is going to a rocky start….but I will try to keep focus and not swear the rest of the day.

    Okay this goal is not going so well. I guess I have to make it a habit. I say things…and don’t even realize I say them. I have to make it more noticable….or I have to tell myself all day not to say bad words…constanting chatter in my head…no more swearing…I just have to drill it in my itty bitty brain.
