    I have to have my right splits by Thursday. Does anyone have any tips on how to get them down further?

    yeah… jumping into them sounds painful… lol, i almost have my right splits down… my lefts are almost down… but how do you get middle splits? i just cant do it… any tips??

    I tryed for a month but could not get my splits all the way down on both sides and a tip do not try to jump and land in one OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW it was hard so I can’t do it I give up
