We go to Voodoo Fest in New Orleans every year, and I’ve been to Bonnaroo in TN once, but I can’t wait to be able to attend Coachella, Lollapalooza, Langredo, ACL, etc.
One day!! (when I’m rich and can afford the plane tickets and hotel rooms!)

lollapalooza was pretty grand, and coachella was seriously the best time of my LIFE. i wanted to go to rock the bells, but thats too much money, and so is virgin fest.. but ill still try for the v fest.
I just started attending music festivals 2 years ago… when I started dating my boyfriend. He had been on tour with Phish… so he knew alot about them. I was apprehensive at first… just because it was unknown terrian for me.. but once I went.. I was hooked! I love how everyone is so kind, open minded and accepting of any situation. I also loved the music… and the dancing! Oh… and the vender food.. Ive been craving it since I was at The Gathering of the Vibes Festy outside NY. I currently live in West Virginia… and although it is usually quite redneck and consivertive.. with nothing to do.. I am prod that it does host a huge and one of my fave fesys called The All Good Festival! Its in the middle on nowhere.. like the waiting line to get in is about 3-4 hours.. buts it gets about 25-30,000 people at it… No cops…(lol I knew this when we were driving in and heard the wheeze of a nitrius tank in the woods…) nothing but mountains… its awsome! If u guys are EVER this way, I suggest u make the trip! Trust me, u wont be disapointed! Best of luck achieving this goal… Im already planning out my schedule for this summer! Be safe on ur travels.. take care and Jah bless! ;-)
I added this to my list because – well – last year was actually the first time I have made it to a music festival. I am 50 years old, I have pretty much always wanted to attend various music festivals, but never “got around to it.”
Anyway, last year I went to Spirit West Coast – just Thursday pm and all day Saturday. This year I have my tickets and I plan to be there for all three days!
And I would LOVE to plan on going to other music festivals.
So, I put it on the list. I can’t say unequivocally that it is really HIGH on my list, but it certainly deserves to have a place here.
Just spent 4 days away from Sydney at Splendour in the Grass in Byron Bay. Great music, friendly people and a lovely camping spot makes me want to do it all again.
